Evangeline Tay Su Ann Fined $2k for Bribing Fall Guy
Evangeline Tay Su Ann was fined $2,000 for bribing someone to take the fall for her driving offense which was committed without a valid driving license and consent of her housemate, a Bulgarian business manager.
She avoided a jail sentence due to depression at that time of offense and the judge felt there is low risk of re-offending as she has a clean record since 2008.
The property agent and the police officer who helped her were sent to jail though which caused much debate among netizens. 
But her pics turned out to be a bigger stir. No wonder, as Evangeline Tay has posed in various magazines such as Maxim and Playeur. She was crowned Best Legs in 2007 under Maxim's Top 100 girls and has also acted as 'Suitcase Girl' in Deal or No Deal Season 2.
Evangeline Tay intends to appeal against the fine which will cost her more money and also risk a heavier sentence. That is a good way to raise her profile though as netizens will be staying tuned to her story...
