David Tao May Migrate To Singapore
David Tao, the father of Taiwan's R&B, has revealed that he may migrate to Singapore to avoid the paparazzi.
Tao, 40, who was in town recently for a charity concert and promotion of his upcoming concert, said that the media environment in Hong Kong and Taiwan "is in a dismal state" and "artistes have had to deal with a lot of rubbish".
With his colorful love life, it is not surprising that he finds the scrutiny too intense. The celebrated musician is a true ladies' man (with 11 girlfriends) including models, a television presenter and a beautician.
If you are a fan of David Tao, remember to catch his fourth concert tour, which will stopover at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Jan 8. It will be his swansong, and his most recent album, Opus 69, marks the end of a chapter for him.
He said at a press conference at Orchard Central mall: ‘This is really going to be the last tour, last album for a while.’
