Cheeky 10 Year Old Boy Exposes Private Part
The boy, who was apparently about 10 years old, was seen exposing his private parts to a group of youths while standing at the window of his flat.
I think this incident is very rude and offensive. But the thing that worries me is that there are many such cases nowadays of our youths engaging in sexual acts freely.
Our youths have have become more precocious which make me think whether our sexual education is on the right track? Or is it being overwhelmed by Western influences on TV and the internet?
